Ivan is one of the Senior Company Managers at Line Group Limited having worked in the fiduciary services industry since 1998.
Having graduated in law with honours from what is now The University of East London in 1990, he joined the business after several years’ experience initially as a paralegal with HM Attorney General’s Chambers in Gibraltar and subsequently with the fiduciary arm of one of the ‘top four’ international accounting firms.
Ivan has developed extensive experience in onshore / offshore Company & Trust management, corporate governance, generally accepted industry best practice and compliance issues. More recently he has provided corporate governance and company secretarial support to some of the biggest Gibraltar registered companies within the international online gaming industry, as well several corporate financial institutions.
Ivan was granted an FSC licence in 2007 to provide directorships to client companies of Hassans and its associated subsidiaries.
Ivan is also Commissioner for Oaths.
